Keep member and giving records, take attendance, follow what is happening across branches and run reports without a subscription. The first 5,000 contacts are free. Growing churches help cover storage with permanent contact-space contributions; messaging and AI use separate prepaid credit.

Sending messages and using AI need prepaid credit at a published rate. A rule or plan does not send until your church enables it.
Space for your growing church
The first 5,000 contacts are free across all campuses in one church account. Each contact counts once even when they belong to several groups. Retained inactive contacts count; merged records and erased identities do not. Separate duplicate records count separately until merged.
The contact-space policy is not yet announced or active.
Contribution prices are not yet published. No contact-space price is available to pay.
When the policy is active and your church reaches its contact limit, only adding new contacts or first-time visitors pauses. Your existing records, attendance, reports and exports remain available under their usual permissions and usage charges. Adding contacts continues once a block payment is confirmed, or an existing place becomes available.
As we serve the body of Christ together, your support helps cover the resources needed to keep The Lord Added available to your church and smaller churches. Voluntary donations are welcome at any size. They do not add contact space or prepaid credit. To add space, a church administrator opens Billing: Contact space.
When your church chooses paid tools
Your church chooses its currency during signup. We currently publish usage rates only in NGN. When a currency has no published rates, paid tools stay off, while the free software remains available. The product shows the cost before you confirm a send.

Why there is no subscription
We began building The Lord Added from our own church administration needs. We want churches to be able to keep good records and care for people without a recurring software bill.
Churches and individuals who want to help keep it running can support the work. Voluntary donations support the work. They are separate from the contributions that add contact space above the free allowance.
Running it yourself
Churches can also run the platform on their own server. We charge a one-time setup fee for that option, with no ongoing software charge. You can export your data whether we host it or you do.
