Terms of Service

Last updated 4 October 2026

1. Who we are, and what this is

The Lord Added ("the platform", "we") is church management software built and operated by Yconsoft Technologies. These terms are the agreement between us and the church or organisation that creates an account ("your church", "you"). By creating an account you accept them on your church's behalf, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Voluntary contributions

Anyone may choose to support The Lord Added through the Donate page, subject to its published minimum and available payment methods. A contribution is separate from a church's giving records and prepaid credits. It does not add contact space, unlock a feature or create prepaid credit. Payment is handled by Flutterwave, and we show a contribution receipt after verifying the payment.

3. The service, and what it costs

There is no software subscription. The first 5,000 contacts across your church account are free. Permanent contributions for additional contact space are separate from voluntary gifts, as explained below and on the Pricing page. Use that costs us real money - SMS, email, and AI processing - is paid for by your church through prepaid credits at the prices shown in the product before each use. Credits do not expire and are not refundable, so buy what you need rather than a large balance up front. Prices can change with providers' costs; the price you see before confirming a send is always the price you pay for it.

Space for your growing church

The first 5,000 contacts are free across all campuses in one church account. Each contact counts once even when they belong to several groups. Retained inactive contacts count; merged records and erased identities do not. Separate duplicate records count separately until merged.

The contact-space policy is not yet announced or active.

Contribution prices are not yet published. No contact-space price is available to pay.

When the policy is active and your church reaches its contact limit, only adding new contacts or first-time visitors pauses. Your existing records, attendance, reports and exports remain available under their usual permissions and usage charges. Adding contacts continues once a block payment is confirmed, or an existing place becomes available.

As we serve the body of Christ together, your support helps cover the resources needed to keep The Lord Added available to your church and smaller churches. Voluntary donations are welcome at any size. They do not add contact space or prepaid credit. To add space, a church administrator opens Billing: Contact space.

4. Your data, and your members' data

The records your church keeps on the platform - members, attendance, giving, messages - belong to your church. Your church decides what is collected and is responsible for having the right to hold it; we process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time, and leaving is free.

5. Messages, and consent

Your church is responsible for what it sends. The platform records and honours each person's messaging consent and always honours STOP - and your church agrees not to use it to send spam, to message people who have refused, or to send anything unlawful. We may suspend sending, or an account, to protect the people being messaged or the platform's ability to deliver for every other church.

6. Accounts and security

Keep your sign-in credentials safe, grant roles thoughtfully, and tell us at info.yconsoft@gmail.com if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for actions taken through your church's seats.

7. Honesty about where we are

The platform is young and provided "as is". We work to keep it available, correct and safe - and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or fault-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to your church is limited to the amount your church paid us in credits in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Ending things

You can stop using the platform at any time: export your data and go. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where the circumstances allow it. If we ever wound the platform down, we will give churches at least ninety days' notice and the means to take their data with them.

9. Changes, and the law

If these terms change materially we will tell account holders before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
